I loved pleasant and knowledgeable employees!

We had 2 perfect days here, recommend the place. This excellent central hotel had quiet atmosphere. The location of the venue was marvellous and convenient - a 10-15 minute walk from Pnc Park Baseball Stadium. The hotel was in a great area, so close to history museum.

Huge rooms and feather pillows. Breakfast for chocolate.

The room was stocked and beautifully maintained, there were a sitting area and a coffee maker. The breakfast was free of charge and savoury with the omelettes; the staff were happy to help. The hotel had a central location on the add the stadium is photoshopped in the background THAT 'S deceiving...

We loved location and rooms, the hotel had essentials we needed.

Great location for Downtown, easy to walk everywhere. Room superb, staff great, breakfast lovely. Could not fault it.

great stay but minor room issues

The staff were cute and made check-in easy they were also very knowledgeable about local attractions. I appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas and the extra touches in the room like complimentary water bottles. The breakfast selection was great with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful..the best I have ever seen. In particular the woman at the front desk on the night of our arrival around midnight, was a true professional who went out of her way to make me and my family feel welcome, comfortable and "at home". I would stay at this hotel again, based on the exceptional staff. Also, the workout room has nice equipment and the pool was clean.

This place suits me perfectly! Free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center meet all my needs. The staff was helpful on my first stay with printing services. I highly recommend it for your next getaway.

Staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were varied. The room cooling system didn't work properly, it was too warm and noisy at night. Parking was free, great for city hotels.

Clean and well situated hotel near the city center. Free parking and friendly staff. rooms large and comfortable. No restaurant, but I short distance many restaurant. Free wifi,, easy to find.

Pittsburgh was a very nice surpirse. Convenient, good restaurants, excellent tourist spots.The hotel, including the staff, was quite nice, most accommodating, centrally located.

Free, secure, convenient parking. Very nice, spacious room. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast bar was very nice.

The television reception was not very good for having a flatscreen TV.
